These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and participation in events organized under the PRYMAL brand, operated by OPTIBIZ BV.

1. Scope

By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Tickets & Access

- Tickets are sold via Squarespace and/or external ticketing platforms.

- A valid ticket is required for entry.

- We reserve the right to refuse entry at our discretion.

3. Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final.

- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including:

- Change of plans

- Illness

- Travel issues

Exceptions:

- If an event is canceled → you will receive a full refund

- If an event is rescheduled → your ticket remains valid for the new date

4. Event Changes

We reserve the right to:

- Change the event date, location, or program

- Modify line-ups, schedules, or content

No refunds will be issued for such changes.

5. Participant Responsibility

By attending, you agree:

- To behave respectfully

- Not to use illegal substances

- Not to engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior

We reserve the right to remove participants without refund.

6. Liability

Participation is at your own risk.

OPTIBIZ BV and PRYMAL are not liable for:

- Personal injury

- Loss or theft of personal belongings

- Any damages occurring during the event

7. Health & Safety

You are responsible for your own physical and mental condition.

Do not participate if you feel unwell.

8. Media & Content

By attending, you agree that:

- Photos/videos may be taken

- These may be used for marketing and promotional purposes

If you object, contact us in advance.

9. Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law.
